A block of 35 rooms has been
reserved at the Motel 6(903 S 32nd Street) that is across the street from
the Azalea Inn. They will hold the room rate at $40.36 until
March 31st. Reservations can be made by calling
918-683-8369. Reserved rooms can be cancelled up until the day
before without a charge to the persons credit card. |

The
hospitality suite will be at the Legion Hall down at the Batfish memorial
park. Hours to be determined, but, we probably be as close as possible to
last years hours. We may have to devise a
taxi service for folks
who can't drive at night with a cell phone they can call.
The dinner will still be held on the evening of
May 14th. However, we have not found a location yet. Ed Kaminskas
is working with
Gary Armstrong, the caterer. |
