14: Batfish Boot Camp
For
those that are interested in
becoming a Batfish tour guide. Join
the museums staff and historians for
a day long training session to learn
the ins and outs of being a tout
guide for the USS Batfish submarine.
There will be a $20 fee collected
for the day. The fee will cover
lunch, the book Leader of the
Pack, and a museum patch as
well as an in-depth guided tour of
the submarine. Space is limited so
call to reserve your spot. |

Reunion
Annual
reunion for both crews of the SS310
and the SSN681 |

June 2: Concert at the
Batfish For the second
year the USS Batfish will host a day of history and music.
Living historians and tour guides will be on site to explain
various aspects of our military history and walk people
through the submarine. We will end the day with free concert
to be preformed from the deck of the submarine |

June 16: Annual Flag
Retirement Day We are
offering a special admission price for anyone who brings in
a US Flag that needs to be retired. periodically throughout
the day scout troops and American legion posts will hold a
flag retirement ceremony to retire all flags that are turned
in. |
